Laura is a senior associate in the Commercial Technology & Data team. Laura gives commercially focused advice on a broad range of general commercial and IT contracts and issues across a variety of sectors including retail, automotive, energy and healthcare, with a particular focus on technology.
Laura works with clients of all sizes from tech start-ups to global corporations, advising on matters ranging from terms and conditions and software licences to larger IT outsourcing arrangements.
