Tom Foster is a senior associate specialising in intellectual property law and patent disputes.
Tom's focus is on multi-national patent litigation. In the telecoms sector, Tom has significant experience in relation to FRAND and SEP disputes, having worked closely with some of the leading clients in this field. Tom has been involved in a number of the leading telecommunications and pharmaceutical cases in the UK High Court and Court of Appeal, including TQ Delta v ZyXEL; InterDigital v Huawei; InterDigital v Lenovo; BT v ASSIA; Sisvel v Oppo and FKB v AbbVie. Tom also has experience of litigating global trade secrets and confidential information disputes in the UK High Court.
