Team
Hannah is an Associate in the Patents team specialising in both contentious and non-contentious patent issues with a particular focus in the life sciences and telecoms sectors.
Hannah has a background in molecular cell biology and has advised on several patent disputes, including multijurisdictional patent disputes, concerning pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Hannah also has extensive experience of advising on FRAND and SEP disputes within the telecoms sector.
Hannah has experience of litigation in the High Court, Court of Appeal as well as the Supreme Court.
In addition to her litigation experience Hannah also has experience in medicines and product regulatory matters and advising on the commercialisation of intellectual property.
