Xuyang Zhu

Xuyang is a senior counsel in our Technology, IP & Information group.

She acts for clients, particularly in the technology and media sectors, on the exploitation and enforcement of IP rights. She advises on IP acquisition and licensing, innovative product and service launches, and IP infringement disputes and litigation. She also advises on commercial agreements and regulation related to IP exploitation. She has particular expertise advising on issues affecting digital content services, including content and platform regulation, online safety, media laws, content monetisation, and intermediary liability. Xuyang also has particular interest and experience in the intersection between IP and competition law, including FRAND licensing and disputes.
