Stijn specialises in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate law related issues as well as commercial contracts. Clients especially appreciate his practical approach, client focus and analytical skills.
He is a lawyer in the Corporate, M&A and Commercial group.
Stijn has vast experience working in corporate law. His practice covers all aspects of M&A and corporate transactions. His particular focus lies on working with entrepreneurs and business owners and his clients range from founders and investors with regard to startup companies to director and principal shareholders and family owned businesses.
Stijn also has particular expertise in commercial contracts including distribution and commercial agency, terms of sale and general conditions. He is a well-known specialist on contract law and advises major national and international companies on contract law matters in, amongst others, the IT, automotive and retail sectors.
Stijn is described by clients as a trusted advisor who combines a deep understanding of his field of expertise with a pragmatic and no-nonsense approach.
