Richard is a technology lawyer specialising in M&A and venture capital, acting for global corporations, investors, spin-outs, start-ups and founder owned companies.

Richard has experience of a broad range of corporate transactions, including M&A, venture capital, private equity, restructuring and general corporate advisory work. Richard regularly advises on cross-border transactions across jurisdictions such as the US, China, Japan, Hungary and Ireland.
