Lydia Birch is a senior associate specialising in intellectual property law and patent disputes.
Lydia's focus is on multi-national patent litigation. She has experience on a wide range of patent disputes, including FRAND and SEP, mechanical, pharmaceutical and medical device patent disputes. Lydia has been involved in a number of cases in the UK High Court and Court of Appeal.
Lydia also has experience of cases involving interim injunctions, having represented a car manufacturer in a confidential information case and a healthcare company against a parcel distribution company in a competition law dispute.
