Faziel Abdul

Faziel is an associate in the Intellectual Property practice group and specialises in IP litigation.

He has experience in litigating various trademark and design proceedings and he also gained experience in domain name, trade name and advertising law disputes. Faziel advises clients in all areas of intellectual property law, with a specific focus on (licensing) trademarks, designs, copyrights and patents. He also handles opposition and nullification proceedings before the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property (BOIP) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
