He has a broad practice spanning both contentious and non-contentious IP work and helps clients to protect and exploit their brands, content and creative assets, and to resolve disputes when those rights are challenged or infringed.
He is experienced in structuring and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including brand licences and commercial joint ventures, and on the contentious side, Henry advises on trade mark, passing off, copyright, breach of contract, and shareholder disputes (among others).
