Christian is recognised as a leading IP litigator and is particularly well-known for advising life sciences companies. His practice covers all aspects of intellectual property law. Clients describe Christian as a compelling patent litigator, and particularly value his experience advising on IP issues specific to the life sciences industry, such as the interface between IP and regulatory issues.
Christian advises on multinational infringement litigation of patents, copyrights, trademarks, and design rights. His regulatory experience includes supplementary protection certificates, the Bolar exemption and data exclusivity.
