Ruth is an Associate (Scottish qualified) in the Employment, Pensions and Mobility Group.
Ruth advises a variety of clients in different industries and sectors on all areas of contentious and non-contentious UK employment law matters. Ruth's contentious experience involves conducting and resolving a variety of employment tribunal claims in relation to unfair dismissal, wages, redundancy, holiday pay, discrimination and whistleblowing. Ruth regularly works with clients to resolve day-to-day employee relation matters including changing terms and conditions, negotiating exits, sickness absence and disciplinary and grievance processes.
