Liam is an associate in the Employment, Pensions & Mobility group and advises on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious UK employment law.
Liam's experience includes:
- Advising on a wide range of UK employment law matters including workforce planning and redundancies, workplace disputes and the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations (TUPE).
- Drafting and negotiating UK employment documentation, including contracts, settlement agreements and workplace policies.
- Acting for employers and employees in Employment Tribunal claims concerning discrimination, unfair dismissal, breach of contract and whistleblowing, and where necessary, negotiating settlements.
- Negotiating and drafting post-termination restrictive covenants, and acting for parties both defending and contemplating High Court litigation in relation to the enforcement of post-termination restrictions.
