Roxane is a senior counsel in the Employment, Pensions & Mobility group. Roxane advises North American and UK clients on the full range of employment law issues from contract drafting through to disciplinaries and grievances, employment terminations, the enforceability of restrictive covenants, and litigating employment disputes.

Roxane has a particular interest in assisting North American clients, especially those in the tech sector, set up in the UK and Europe, and continuing to work with them as they look to expand.
