Roxane is a senior associate in the Employment, Pensions & Mobility group. Roxane advises US and UK clients across numerous sectors on the broad range of employment law issues, including the drafting and negotiation of employment contracts, settlement agreements, consultancy agreements, policies, procedures, and disciplinaries and grievances. Roxane also advises on employment terminations, redundancies , the enforceability of restrictive covenants, and litigating employment disputes. Roxane previously worked in-house at a large ship-broking firm, and so has a truly commercial approach to advising clients.
