Team
Zabdaj is head of our Corporate/M&A and Capital Markets team. He is a dedicated transaction lawyer, fully focused on successfully closing the deal. He has been active in the legal profession for more than 20 years, with more than 15 years of M&A practice experience. Zabdaj advises national and international clients on acquisitions, investments and transactions. His clients include buyers and sellers, both in exclusive (one-on-one) negotiation processes and in controlled auctions.
Zabdaj's transaction support extends to all phases of the transaction process. He is a sparring partner in the preliminary phase of the transaction when the deal strategy is drawn up, directs due diligence investigations, conducts contract negotiations, and ensures proper post-closing attention. He combines a unique mix of legal expertise and financial insight, building on his Executive MBA at RSM, and his ultimate goal is to manage transactions in-line with clear and actionable milestones for his clients, while driving all project members towards the finish line.
