Roos is a partner and a litigator. She has extensive employment law experience due to a wide variety of cases and clients. Roos practices all aspects of employment matters, and is a member of the Dutch Emplyoment Lawyers Association (VAAN).

Roos has over 9 years’ of experience and is described by clients as competent, trustworthy and practical. Roos also has experience as an in-house lawyer. She loves her work and will apply the right strategy to help her clients resolve their matters successfully. She enjoys working with her clients, and she is not only assisting them from a legal perspective, but is able to think commercially and from a business perspective.

Experience

Apotex's EUR74 million sale of subsidiaries to Aurobindo

Apotex on the sale of six European subsidiaries in Belgium, Poland, the Netherlands, Czech Republic and Spain, to Aurobindo for EUR74 million. This highly complex transaction involved the share transfer of subsidiaries in multiple jurisdictions being co-ordinated and managed by our UK team. We simultaneously advised on a multitude of business separation, ongoing product supply agreements and IP licences for the European business to continue operating after being removed from the Apotex group.
