Malissa is a Counsel of the Employment Law practice group in Brussels. She advises both national and international companies on all HR-related matters, with a dedicated expertise in dismissals procedures, corporate, reorganizations and acquisitions, post-acquisition restructurings and negotiation with Trade Unions, international employment and privacy issues.
with a particular focus, during the last 5 years, on providing strategic and tailored legal solutions to clients in the dynamic realms of retail and aviation. Finally, she assists top executives in negotiating their employment contracts and exit packages.
Malissa’s goal is always to try to combine a deep understanding of Labour law with a proactive no-nonsense approach to navigate the complex landscape of workplace dynamics.
