Simon is a senior counsel and all-round brands lawyer advising on trade mark litigation, portfolio strategy and advertising.
Simon supports clients on the full range of contentious and non-contentious soft IP matters including litigation, commercial transactions, anti-counterfeiting, domain names and trade mark portfolio management. This dovetails with his work in advertising, advising clients on their appointments of creative and media agencies, with copy clearance, regulatory compliance, investigations, complaints and disputes, sponsorship and influencer agreements, and all advertising and consumer rights issues.
Simon's dual IP and advertising expertise enables him to provide a holistic approach to protecting and enhancing brands. Simon sits on the Anti-Counterfeiting Committee of ECTA, the European trade marks association.
