Robert is a corporate partner specialising in M&A and equity funding with years of experience in the technology, software, e-commerce, video games and real estate sectors.

Robert advises companies, private equity houses and other investors on investments, financings, M&A and exits. He works with both private and public companies. He has particular expertise in helping Chinese and Asian companies expand internationally, having extensive experience and connections throughout the APAC region.

Robert is also well known for his work in the gaming industry, having acted for numerous brands and titles from global incumbents to fast-growth studios.
