Suzy Davis

Suzy is a partner in the Private Equity group. She specialises in advising private equity sponsors on a variety of sophisticated transactions including buyouts, leveraged buyouts, secondaries and disposals, both domestically and cross border. She also has expertise in advising on minority and growth capital investments.

Suzy routinely advises founders and management teams who are either looking to sell their business to completely exit or who are seeking investment from a private equity investor.

Suzy has experience acting on general M&A transactions for private equity portfolio companies and other private companies. She has led deals that have required the co-ordination of multiple jurisdictions and the implementation of complicated transaction structures. Suzy also works on matters involving joint ventures, complex shareholder arrangements and corporate restructurings.

Suzy advises on transactions in a number of sectors, but has a strong focus on the life sciences and healthcare sector.
