Alexandra is a senior counsel in the Private Equity group. Alexandra has experience advising private equity sponsors on a variety of transactions including buyouts and disposals, both domestically and cross border. Alexandra also advises management teams on buyout transactions and equity plans and acts on general M&A transactions for private equity portfolio companies and other private companies.
