Ashley specializes in compliance and governance, general corporate, as well as mergers and acquisitions. In the area of compliance, she covers in particular investigation work on complex investigations, compliance audits, setting-up and maintaining compliance management systems for the China operations of foreign invested enterprises. Ashley offers also ongoing support for clients regarding compliance related challenges, often with cross-border impact.
Before joining Taylor Wessing, Ashley had extensive legal experience as an Associate in domestic law firms and as a Compliance Officer in a large multinational company, mainly handling compliance issues relating to anti-corruption, anti-fraud, anti-competition, conflicts of interests, etc.
