François is a corporate partner who specialises in M&A and private equity transactions.
He has an extensive track record in advising funds and corporates on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions as well as restructuring operations and minority investments.
François can also assist clients on investment transactions and divestitures in African countries. He is member of our Africa group.
