Will primarily advises listed companies and investment banks on equity capital markets and M&A transactions, and on all regulatory and governance issues affecting listed companies. He has experience across a wide range of sectors, but with an emphasis on advising real estate investment trusts on their IPOs, secondary fundraisings and corporate transactions.
