We advised British Land on the purchase of three warehouses at Hannah Close in Wembley for £157 million. This was a development-led opportunity aligned to British Land's strategy of delivering new urban logistics space.
Including advising Unibail Rodamco Westfield on the purchase of Hammerson's fifty per cent share in their joint venture to redevelop Croydon's retail town centre, as well as advising Westfield on the creation of the original joint venture with Hammerson.
