Tony is an associate at the Taylor Wessing Shanghai Office. He has several years of practice experience and is focusing on corporate M&A and general corporate matters. He advises multinational companies from various sectors on their daily business operations, particularly on the regulatory side.
Tony studied law at East China University of Political Science and Law, where he obtained his LLB degree in 2020, and in the same year, he was admitted to the Chinese bar. He then completed his LLM degree in 2021 at London School of Economics and Political Science. Before joining Taylor Wessing, he worked at a leading Chinese law firm’s Shanghai office from 2022 to 2025, specializing in cross-border corporate matters.
