David advises on risk allocation, the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts, professional appointments, supply agreements, long term maintenance agreements and a variety of related documentation (including bonds, guarantees, direct agreements and warranties).

Restructure of interest at the former Astra Zeneca HQ, Loughborough and also advising on the refurbishment and enhancement of the facilities, and the letting space to the sector with a view to creating their own 70 acre science park. Recently completed lettings on behalf of Charnwood to Almac Pharmaceuticals Limited (108,563 square foot) and 3M (United Kingdom) PLC (61,642 square foot).
