He can guide you through adjudications, multiparty TCC claims and arbitration proceedings under all major forms of contract in the construction and engineering, infrastructure and energy sectors. Jonathan has worked on numerous complex disputes involving significant infrastructure assets including schools, hospitals, roads, rail and waste-to-energy facilities, among others.
