Wilma is a partner in the Real Estate group. She is based in the Amsterdam office and has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate practice.
Wilma advises property investors, developers, lessors and lessees on every aspect of real estate related transactions, including acquisitions, development, lease, construction and dispute resolution. Wilma was admitted to the Bar of St. Maarten (Dutch Caribbean) in 2005 and to the Amsterdam Bar in 2006. Before joining Taylor Wessing she worked at Lexwell, BDN and NautaDutilh.
Wilma graduated from Groningen University in 2004. She also studied American law at the University of Wisconsin (Madison Law School) for a semester and she did a summer internship at McGuireWoods in Washington DC. She completed the postgraduate Grotius Real Estate in 2011 and is a member of the Association of Real Estate Lawyers.
