Samy is an associate in our Disputes & Investigations practice group. He specializes in corporate law with a strong focus on corporate disputes, corporate litigation and arbitration. He also advises clients on all aspects of dispute resolution, including tort litigation, commercial contracts and financial disputes.
Prior to joining Taylor Wessing, Samy worked at a boutique firm specialized in corporate transactions.
During his LL.M at Radboud University Nijmegen, Samy was a member of the university team that participated in one of the most prestigious international moot competitions in the world, the Willem C. Vis Moot Competition. This sparked his passion for (international) arbitration. In line with this, he earned his master's degree through his master's thesis "The Consent Paradox of International Sports Arbitration."
