Paula Terzini Leite is a UPC Legal Officer in the Intellectual Property practice group. She advises clients about litigating in the Unified Patent Court.
Paula is a qualified Brazilian lawyer with experience in intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights and designs. In addition to her Brazilian education and background, Paula also completed a Master of Laws degree in Law and Technology in the Netherlands. At Taylor Wessing, Paula works on matters related to the Unified Patent Court, specialising in patent litigation and procedural advice.
