Mark Goorts

Mark is a partner in our Dispute & Investigations team. He specialises in dispute resolution with a strong focus on corporate disputes and corporate litigation. Mark also has considerable experience in international commercial dispute resolution, including in arbitration.

Mark has over a decade of experience in various types of litigation and dispute resolution, including shareholders’ disputes, directors’ and supervisors’ liability and post M&A discussions. He also advised on a wide variety of international commercial disputes (including in arbitration), and regularly advises management boards, supervisory boards and shareholders regarding rights, obligations and strategy in contentious situations. Mark furthermore focuses on ESG-related litigation as well as collective actions.
