Wilma Booij is a member of the Real Estate & Construction Group. Her practice includes all areas of commercial real estate, with a strong focus on investments and dispositions, project development, asset management, leasing as well as litigation.
Wilma advises property investors, developers, landowners, landlords and tenants on every aspect of real estate related transactions, including acquisitions, development, lease, construction and dispute resolution.
Wilma graduated from Groningen University in 2004 and joined Taylor Wessing in 2018. Before joining Taylor Wessing, she worked as real estate lawyer at other major law firms in Amsterdam (NautaDutilh and Boekel). In 2011 Wilma completed the Grotius postgraduate course in Real Estate Law.
Wilma is a member of the Association of Real Estate Lawyers and Dutch Women in Real Estate.
