David predominantly focuses on multi jurisdiction patent cases and matters with both an intellectual property rights and competition law aspects.
He heads our China group in the Benelux and advises Chinese companies on the legal aspects of their business activities in the Netherlands. David’s work covers the entire range of intellectual property law, and while he specialises in multi-jurisdictional patent litigation, he also regularly acts in matters related to competition law and public procurement law. David provides clients with both sound advice on procedural law and useful insights in the judiciary.
