Lucas de Groot

Lucas is a senior associate in the Intellectual Property practice group.

He specialises in intellectual property law (copyright, design, trade marks, trade names) and advertising & media law. In addition he focusses on e-commerce, contracting and IP transactional matters. As an experienced litigator, Lucas represents various clients, from scale ups to multinationals, before the Dutch courts. In addition he handles opposition and nullity proceedings before the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property (BOIP) and European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
