Tessa is an associate of the Corporate / M&A & capital markets practice group. She advises on mergers and acquisitions, international expansion and private fundraisings.
Tessa acts for clients across a broad range of sectors but has a focus on technology and innovation industries. She has made various startups and scaleups investment ready, advises clients on corporate law in general and has guided many clients through M&A, Venture Capital and Private Equity transactions.
