Chris gives commercial advice informed by over 20 years of real estate practice. He specialises in working with real estate investors and major corporate occupiers, but also advises developers, lenders and a variety of end users.

Chris's experience covers transactions in the retail, office and leisure sectors as well as forward funding, portfolios and development agreements for lease.

BentallGreenOak on the acquisition of prime logistics portfolio

We have advised BentallGreenOak on the acquisition of a seven-asset strong logistics portfolio from Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing. The platform includes seven logistics assets, totalling 2.18m sq ft. Over 80% of the portfolio is let to tenants such as Sainsburys, British Gas, DSV and Clipper on core logistics parks including Magna Park, Lutterworth, D.I.R.F.T, Hams Hall and Warth Park.
