Jack is a Corporate associate in our Dublin office. He advises private equity sponsors, venture capital investors and corporates on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions.
Jack regularly advises institutional investors, portfolio companies, management teams and trade clients on acquisitions, disposals, investments, joint ventures and corporate restructurings, as well as general corporate governance matters.
