We have advised on the sale of Ireland-based DreamTec Systems, a leading logistics and fleet management technology solutions provider, to FleetGO Group.
The transaction represents a significant milestone for DreamTec and supports FleetGO’s strategic growth ambitions, further strengthening its position in the European software market. FleetGO, a European provider of logistics and telematics solutions, is backed by Main Capital Partners, which specialises in investing in and scaling enterprise software businesses across Europe.
