Joshua Boughton

Joshua is a Senior Counsel in the Private Client group and acts for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, family offices, and trustees.

He advises on a range of matters including wealth structuring, UK taxation, international tax strategies, and estate planning, and has a particular focus on advising clients with US connections and on digital assets. With his extensive experience in both domestic and global contexts, Joshua regularly advises clients on the establishment, administration and restructuring of trusts and other international asset holding structures.
