Clementine is an associate within the Private Client group specialising in resolving trust and succession disputes.
Clementine advises on all aspects of contentious trusts work and has recent experience of complex international trust and estate disputes in both England & Wales and in offshore jurisdictions representing trustees and ultra-high net worth individuals.
Clementine also has civil fraud, asset tracing and recovery experience as well as advising on disputes involving challenges to wills, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, high value Court of Protection matters, proprietary estoppel and other equitable claims.
Clementine is heavily involved in our firm's pro bono initiatives and is committed to providing high quality pro bono legal advice to those who would otherwise have no access to legal services. Clementine was awarded the "Pro Bono" award at Taylor Wessing's Our People Awards.
