Julie is an associate in the IP/IT department in Paris.
She acts both as counsel and litigator in the fields of new technologies, e-commerce, privacy and intellectual property.
Julie assists French and international clients with regulatory compliance issues, and has extensive experience in advertising regulations, personal data protection legislation, consumer law, and platform regulations, in particular in relation to content and intermediaries' liability.
Her practice also covers disputes and transactions in intellectual property, commercial and new technology matters, as well as regulatory disputes. She has solid experience in handling relationships with regulators, in particular personal data protection and consumer protection authorities.
She also assists clients in the drafting and negotiation of their IT contracts, as well as contracts relating to IP assets.
Julie assists clients from a wide range of sectors, with a particular focus on tech, media, advertising, insurance, entertainment, e-commerce, social media and digital platforms. She worked for a year in the dispute team of a major US social media company and was seconded on a part-time basis for over two years at an ad tech company.
