Rachel is a Senior Counsel in the Private Client group. She advises developers, investors, individuals, trustees and banks both domestically and internationally on all aspects of residential real estate including high-end sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters (including enfranchisement), and refinancing of luxury residential property. Rachel works collaboratively within the Private Wealth and Real Estate sectors to provide advice, guidance and support on all aspects of residential property matters.
