Dr. Jingjing CAO is a partner at Taylor Wessing’s Beijing office specializing in advice and litigation in the fields of patent law with extensive experience in the life sciences sector - both from a legal and a business perspective. Her work focuses on cross-border intellectual property matters, including infringement litigation, technology transfer, licensing, and intellectual property related issues in merger and acquisition.
With her connections in the financial sector and industries of the Chinese high-tech sector, she is committed to providing strategic advisory in fields of life sciences, patents and TMC. In the area of China Outbound, Dr. CAO assists Chinese companies with their market entry or IP-related disputes in Europe.
