Brexit's impact on digital services: a review of the UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement

On 24 December 2020, the UK and EU agreed a post-Brexit "Trade and Cooperation Agreement". The agreement, however, has little impact on digital services, whose operations between the UK and EU will need to adjust to a relatively "hard" Brexit.
