Alexandra MacMahon

Alex is a senior immigration adviser in the Employment, Pensions & Mobility group and advises on all aspects of Corporate Immigration Law, including Tier 2 Sponsor Licence applications, the transfer of overseas staff to the UK under Tiers 2 and 5 of the Points Based System, Sole Representative visa applications, the rules and regulations for Business Visitor visas and the prevention of illegal employment.

Alex is also experienced in advising on Private Client matters including EEA Residence and Permanent Residency applications, Spouse and Unmarried Partner visas under Appendix FM, and Tier 1 visas for high net worth individuals.
