Axel Ferly

Axel is a counsel in the Competition, EU & trade group based in Paris.

He advises clients in the negotiation, review or drafting of their commercial contracts (including distribution agreements) and assists them on issues related to the execution of these contracts.

Axel also has several years of expertise in competition law. He thus advises and assists clients in preventing restrictive or anti-competitive practices (including cartels and abuse of a dominant position) and intervenes in merger controls.

Finally, he also assists clients in transactional discussions and has a litigation practice before civil and commercial courts.
