Annabelle Lebaudy

Annabelle is an associate in the Commercial, Business and Competition Law department of the Paris office.

Annabelle assists clients in all areas of commercial, competition and distribution law, as well as consumer law. handles She matters regarding both French and European law.

She has several years of experience in contract law, and, in this context, she drafts and concludes all types of commercial contracts (distribution, supply, agency, R&D, service provision, etc.). Annabelle advises clients in preventing restrictive or anti-competitive practices (cartel and abuse of dominant position). She assists them in their transactions and litigation relating to anti-competitive practices, termination of contracts and product liability. She represents clients before civil and commercial courts, as well as before competition authorities.

Annabelle has developed an expertise in the food sector, and she also acts in the life sciences and health sector.

Prior to joining Taylor Wessing in 2022, Annabelle has worked for recognized law firms in the field of economic law.
