Annabelle Lebaudy

Annabelle is a Counsel in the Commercial and Competition Law department in Paris.

Annabelle assists clients in all areas of commercial, competition and distribution law, as well as consumer law. handles She handles matters regarding both French and European law.

She has several years of experience in contract law, and, in this context, she drafts and concludes all types of commercial contracts (distribution, supply, agency, R&D, service provision, etc.). Annabelle also assists clients with issues relating to the execution and termination of these contracts.

Annabelle advises clients in preventing restrictive or anti-competitive practices (cartel and abuse of dominant position). She assists them in their transactions and litigation relating to anti-competitive practices, termination of contracts and product liability. She represents clients before civil and commercial courts, as well as before competition authorities.

Annabelle has developed expertise in the food sector, and she also acts in the life sciences and health sector.

Prior to joining Taylor Wessing in 2022, Annabelle has worked for recognised law firms in the field of economic law.
