Der Digital Services Act (DSA) wird in Zukunft die Aktivitäten von Anbietern digitaler Dienste innerhalb der EU einheitlich regeln. Neben dem Digital Markets Act (DMA) und anderen Regulierungsvorhaben ist der DSA eines der Leuchtturmprojekte der Europäischen Union als Teil der umfassenden europäischen Digitalstrategie. Der DSA ist am 16. November 2022 in Kraft getreten und gilt im Wesentlichen ab dem 17. Februar 2024.
