Kate Buchanan
Kate is a senior counsel in our Private Client group. Kate specialises in probate and the administration of high-value and complex estates, particularly estates with a cross-border element. Kate advises personal representatives and heirs on their respective obligations and rights with regard to estates. Kate also advises on tax-efficient succession planning for individuals and families, particularly in the context of post-death planning.
